Terms of service
Plain-language terms for a service used by families.
The account
A parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over holds the account and is responsible for the learner profiles created within it, including keeping sign-in details private.
Acceptable use
The service is for personal family learning. Do not attempt to extract content in bulk, resell access, reverse engineer marking, or use the service to build a competing dataset.
Content and curriculum
Curriculum outcomes are referenced from published frameworks and attributed to their authority. Lessons, questions and artwork are ours or licensed to us. Pilot mappings are labelled as provisional.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans renew each period until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps access until the end of the paid period. Entitlements are granted only after a payment is confirmed server-side.
What the service is not
NestingBee Learning supports learning at home. It is not a school, not a formal assessment authority, and its readiness indicators are estimates expressed with uncertainty — never a guarantee of an examination result.
Changes and ending the agreement
We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms or to pricing. You may close your account at any time from the parent area.
